ABOUT YOUR COACH

Catherine Basa is an ICF Certified Coach with a decade of experience advising professionals and leaders on hiring, people strategy, and decision-making. Her background spans consulting and technology, including PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Founder of The Coaching Light, Catherine offers practical, reflective coaching that helps professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs think clearly, make grounded decisions, and navigate challenges with confidence—particularly during periods of transition, uncertainty, and growth.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Concordia University's John Molson School of Business and has supported leaders across Fortune 500 companies, startups, and the nonprofit sector.

To date, The Coaching Light has supported clients across five countries. Coaching is delivered virtually in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
